Equilibrium Business Consulting was born out of a desire to share my experience in business with other small business owners and help them along their business journey. Even though I’m a Chartered Accountant I’ve come to realise that being in business is about more than just the numbers.
I believe that passion, purpose and values are at the heart of small business. When they drive your business and you are true to yourself your business is more likely to thrive. You can build something meaningful and sustainable. But when you are conflicted and struggling with competing priorities you, your business and your family can suffer.
I love helping small business owners recognise their key values and purpose; helping them to overcome conflict or uncertainty and get their business back in balance by using their values and purpose as the touchstone for making decisions and taking actions.
As a small business owner myself, my ultimate desire is for business owners to thrive both professionally and personally by achieving the right balance in their business and personal lives. Whilst our businesses go through various stages of growth so too do our personal lives, which may place stress on our ability to act and make decisions. My aim is to provide you with resources and tools to help you keep the balance between your business and personal life, to reduce conflict and stress and allow you to concentrate on achieving your goals for the future.
